M1845 Swedish Pickelhaube for an Infantry officer.

Heavy leather helmet with brass fittings.

Beautiful high peak and curved chin chain with screw closure on the sides.

Fabric cockade on one side.

The leather inner strap of the chin chain is missing on 1 side at the closure (is now -almost invisible- attached with a metal wire).

The enamel officer’s helmet plate is also missing the cross at the bottom, but an extra man’s helmet plate is included to serve as a spare part if necessary.

The rear screen is sewn together from two pieces of leather, but the seam is broken, causing the leather to come loose from the brass comb.

Leather interior with gold-colored decorations and supplier label from the company L.A.Utterbeck from Stockholm.

Highly decorative item and very competitively priced due to the small defects!
