Australian flare gun, type Webley & Scott MK III, made by CSR, Sydney.
Brass with a plastic grip and in very good condition.
The pistol is manufacturer-marked and dated: CSR, Sydney ’42.
CSR = the Colonial Sugar Refinery.
Also bears the British military acceptance stamp /| (= Broad Arrow).
Working and uncleaned.
Flag gun manufactured before 1945, exempt under Article 18, paragraph 1(d), Appendix II, of the Rwm (Arms and Ammunition Regulations) in the Netherlands.
