WW2 Rare German Booster Loading container for the 15 cm Schwere Feldhaubitze 18 or sFH 18.

Metal container for the supercharger of the 15 cm sFH 18 introduced in 1935.

The lack of range of weapons on the Eastern Front led to the cannon’s introduction of a muzzle brake that allowed a larger special 7 or 8 payload to increase its range by nearly 1800 meters.

This is the painted container, 23 cm high and 17 cm in diameter to hold loads 7 and 8.

The lid is stenciled on Sond-Kart. 7 h. 8 s.F.H 18 in black.

On the bottom, the metal container is makers marked and dated; CWR 43
