NL, M1917 Stormdolk, fighting knife

M1917 Stormdolk  for both enlisted men and officers.

The wooden handle features a crowned Z on one side.

This stamp is also visible on the blade and the metal ring below the wooden handle; see photos.

The blade is clearly used and retains at least 50% of its original bluing.

Stamped on the guard: 2178 C.

The leather scabbard is marked C.W. and is in good condition but is missing one rivet; see photo.
