M95 Pickelhaube for enlisted men of Prussia made of vulcan fiber.

Very special and rare version of a then new material consisting of cellulose.

More often used for officer helmets, but also in small numbers for enlisted men’s helmets due to raw material shortages.

Complete with interior made of a type of paper material with a lacquer layer.

Unfortunately, the helmet has suffered a tear on the side, see photos, and the stitching has perished from the front visor.
